Juicing enthusiasts claim that vegetables in liquid form make good indigestion remedies because they give the digestive system a break while still supplying valuable enzymes.  Although fiber is lost through juicing, it takes less energy to digest juiced foods. In addition, the body receives other valuable nutrients from juiced vegetables more quickly than if eaten whole.  Alkaline-forming vegetables help soothe indigestion by neutralizing acids in the digestive tract.  Suggested vegetables include carrots, spinach, kale, celery, cucumbers, and lemongrass.

An overtaxed digestive tract can result in indigestion.  People who experience uncomfortable symptoms might benefit from adding a few vegetables to the diet, whether whole or juiced.  Certain vegetables offer a rich source of nutrients that can soothe the gastrointestinal tract and stop unpleasant indigestion in its tracks.
